Customer guarantee:
Your items are guaranteed to be free from defects and will be replaced if damaged due to no fault of your own. Please note that any damage caused by the USPS will need to be handled through the USPS. All items will be insured and that information supplied to you should you have a claim against the USPS.
Returnability:
No return on Electrical or used Items,or Special Orders.You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were received by you. Failure to do so will result in a denial and/or delay of your refund request. Please include a copy of your original purchase order with your return. You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
